Wall Activities
Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing)
  • Exercise 3 times every week. Monday and Friday to do aerial classes and Wednesday to the gym;
  • During everyday study, have an 20-30mins break every 1.5 hous to have some stretch at home
  • Try to have a walk in a reserve nearby on the days without any exercise plan
Taha Whānau (Family Wellbeing) Make sure to have a little chat with my parents several times every week
Taha Hinengaro (Emotional and Mental Wellbeing)
  • Focus on your own growth
  • Meditate when I feel stressful or anxious
  • Talk through my feelings and emotions with a trusted friend
Taha Wairua (Spiritual Wellbeing)
  • Go have a walk in a bush
  • Send out info to the universe
Whenua (Interconnections to the land and environment)
  • Go have a walk in a bush
  • Stay in the bush to feel the air, the wind and the land beneath my feet
  • Hear the bird sing
